I JUST UPGRADED MY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION AND STILL CAN'T VEIW THE MOVIES

Answer If are having problems watching videos and or accessing other sites after recently upgrading your membershipt from TRIAL to a FULL subscription, please do the following:

1. Clear your cache and restart your browser.

For Firefox:
1. Go to tools > Clear private data > Select 'Cache' + 'Cookies' + 'Authenticated Sessions' and hit 'OK' button.

For Internet Explorer:
1. Go to tools > Delete Browsing History > Delete All

If the above solutions still do not solve your problem, please contact us.
